BESIDE THE LITTLE RED DOT

GUESS WHERE I WENT OVER THE WEEKENDS
I went hiking/camping up Kota Tinggi Waterfall.
I was told on thurs, which was very sudden considering the trip was on Saturday & I have to pack at least 2 days in advance.

Anyways, it all began on Saturday 7.00am at Kranji MRT. Our bags were huge, almost like backpacking bag which was funny considering we will be away only for a day. we walked across the causeway to M'sia. Yes, walked with our 5kg bags. we went shopping for food stuff at this shopping center, Famili Mart, where the staff greatly outnumbered the shoppers. Then we took a cab to the waterfalls and this is where the adventure begins.

We walked in the river which was deeeep, were bitten by mozzies, climbed around trees, went under trees, climbed up an almost vertical slope, descend downhill, got scratched by thorns, bathe in the waterfalls, battled with hornets, climbed up again for 4 hours plus until we reach the campsite. We set up camp and got ready to cook dinner. So we began to cut the ingredients meat, vegetable in the water. Fun seh. Oh we bathe in the same river too. The water was clean and so cold. There were prawns inside the water too.HAHA.

We went to almost the same process on the was down, but it was wayyy quicker

my limbs are aching. but it was all worth it, I say.
I love outdoors.
